Description of the problem	2001 honda crv does not meet the safety standards for properly installing my booster car seats as it is missing the latch anchoring system to properly hook the booster seat. After talking to the honda dealer which told me that the car should have come with it, i took it to the dealer to show me where it was and said that they don't know why my car does not have the latch.
