Description of the problem	During a 45 mph frontal vehicle collision rear captains seat reclined back and the other forward. A child was in the seats, and child sustained head injuries. ak the rear seats in the back folded down to enlarge the trunk area (60/40 split). During the accident, the seats both disengaged from their lock upright positions because of the positioning of the car seats (one forward and one backward), the seats ended up in different positions. The car was totaled and towed away. No attempts to repair it were made.sb *nm
