Description of the problem	I have a 1999 honda cr-v and have had problems with the transmission about 1. 5 years after i bought it new. Gears don't shift right, wouldn't go into gear, i had a new transmission installed and still have same problem. The major thing is the clear coat paint keeps peeling alot of little places, 2 areas are big & it's getting the actual paint and rusting. I did purchase (was dumb) the finishing touch system that get's done once a year (i don't really know what they do) and that could be the problem.*ak
