Description of the problem	Consumer received recall notice 02v12 in the mail regarding the ignition switch. Consumer learned there were stipulations to the recall. Consumer received a remote starter as a gift but was installed at a different facility. Consumer was told the dealership would only repair the ignition switch and would have to deactivate the remote starter. The dealership however will not reactivate the remote starter and consumer would have to take the vehicle to another facility and have them reactivate the starter at consumers expense. *jg
