Description of the problem	My street 750 had fuel pump issues, culminating with a failure to start unless the throttle was held wide open, and when running, the engine would surge and drop in power unpredictably. Harley's service dept states that the issue is with the fuel pump. This is insane, considering the bike has less than 400 miles on it. The bike suffered these issues when starting, idling, and in motion, on a city street. This seems to be the exact same problem as was addressed in the 2015 recall of the same bike, where the fuel pumps were causing engine surges and loss of power. I am submitting this complaint because it seems to have not been addressed in later year bikes.
