Description of the problem	Fuel pump on the motorcycle is not in good working order when the fuel level emptys to a certain point in the tank not knowing when because their is also no gas odometer on the motorcycle the model begins to lag and leap at any time and as many times it wants to react as am twisting the throttle whether am switching gears or just in crusie it will do this cause me to lose control and may lose control at the wrong time like bad weather, up and go traffic, turning into streets, i have already took a fall on the motorcycle trying to making it inside the fuel island at a gas station and the timing when i was in my turn of a right going in the island it lag and leap at that time and took off on me causing me to fall and also the motorcycle i walked away unharmed just my motorcycle had road scratches going along the muffler and heat sheild and right side handle bar grip chipped.. I took it to get service at the dealer for its first 1000 mile and while it was their they replace the fuel pump but it still does the same thing and only got worst. The next problem is the gear shift between 1st gear and 2nd gear most of the time is not completely in gear when switching between the two.
