Description of the problem	This is the second complaint as i have received no response from nhtsa on my first complaint # 10715309; and even though the dealer/manufacture attempted to repair the problem, the problem just happened again. As described by in in my first complaint and 53 other owners of this vehicle registering complaints - the vehicle has a dangerous throttle control issue due to a [known] faulty fuel pick-up tube/pump. As soon as the low fuel light comes on the motor will stall when the throttle is applied and then rapidly accelerate at a nearly uncontrollable rate. This happens when starting out from a stop, cruising down the road, passing another vehicle, turning a corner... This saturday 1 aug 2015 the problem happened while turning a corner with my wife on the back. The unexpected acceleration nearly through her off the back of the motorcycle and caused me to run off the road to keep from flipping/high-siding the bike.
