Description of the problem	Dt: last weekend consumer and wife bought a new kawasaki motorcycle, and while riding the motorcycle wife noticed that the area around right foot was getting very hot. Stopped at a parking lot, looked at the exhaust pipe, and realized that it was very close to the foot rest. Went to the dealer, and asked if there was a cover that they could put over the exhaust. The dealer was very indifferent to this problem and would not help . They told consumer that the only way to avoid the burning was for wife to wear boots, or heavier socks.*ak
