| Description of the problem | The front brake master cylinder stick so that it does not push the brake lever out far enough, thus leaving the brake light on all of the time in motion or stationary. This could cause a vehicle behind to hit me from the rear if not realizing i am slowing or stopping. This has been replaced twice by the dealer under warranty and now is due back into the dealer to be replaced again. This time not under warranty. Even though the dealer service rep. Acknowledges that this is likely a defect and happens to other motorcycles made by harley that have dual front rotors, harley-davidson has not yet issued a recall. |
