| Description of the problem | I did a 300-mile motorcycle trip over the weekend, just a couple of days ago and i took my new motorcycle in for its 1000 mile scheduled maintenance monday. When dropping it off, i noticed the rear brake felt a little softer than before, but was still operable. When i returned to pick up my motorcycle on tuesday, upon completion of the service, the maintenance tech showed me how the rear master cylinder was cracked and unable to hold brake fluid. Additionally, he showed me that the part was made out of plastic. |
