Description of the problem	While slowing down for a turn to the left, the front tire locked and slid, released and locked again throwing me to the ground in turn i wound up with 4 broken ribs, a broken right hand , injury to my right leg and road rash. 5000 dollars plus to my bike and hospital emergency room not to mention a long recovery. I was on a paved city road going less than 30 mph. I do not know exactly what caused this to happen
