Description of the problem	2004 flhtcui harley-davidson horn issue. Does not operate correctly. It appears that not enough power is getting to the horn and it becomes a 50-50 chance that the horn might work. Took it to the hd shop 3 times and all 3 times they said they could not duplicate the issue. The second time i even paid for a new horn as to eliminate one possible item. Same issue with new horn. The 3rd time the hd shop said that harley-davidson said that the bike needs to be running for the horn to work correctly. Again the shop could not duplicate the issue. Each time i took the bike home from the shop, the horn only worked 50% of the time. Hot, cold,dry, wet, low speed, high speed... It doesn't matter. This started around june, 2005. Bike is still in warranty. *nm
