Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2006 harley davidson flhtcui. The contact stated that the lining of the brake pad fell off after it rusted. While driving 4 mph, the front brake lever extended completely down and the contact had to use the rear brakes to stop. The contact took the vehicle to a repair shop and had them replace the shoes immediately after the failure. Harley davidson has not been notified. The purchase date and engine size were unknown.
