Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2006 harley davidson dyna wide glide. While driving 25 mph uphill, the bolts began to clank in the engine. The vehicle began to hesitate and the contact was able to pull off the road and shut off the engine. The vehicle was able to be restarted a few minutes later, but the noise grew louder. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and they stated that the failure was ongoing and harley refuses to issue a recall. The dealer further stated that the starter that bolts onto the primary became loose and detached, causing the pulley to also detach. The vehicle is currently at the dealer waiting for parts. The failure mileage was 9,100.
