Description of the problem	While driving down a county road pulling my forest river stealth ss2216 toy hauler camper, i had the weld break between the axel and spindle causing my tire / wheel with spindle to come off and role down and embankment just missing people. The maintenance had been faithfully completed to the bearings but that's not what broke.
