Description of the problem	The frame welds were inadequate and have broken away on the front part of the trailer near the tongue. The center cross member between the tongue is dangling. It is a 2015 shasta 1961 re-issue 16 foot trailer. It is clearly an example of shoddy workmanship, and is definitely a dangerous safety issue. I am not sure when this happened. I only became aware of the problem after other owners of this same model trailer brought the problem to light. This is not the first safety issue with these trailers
