Description of the problem	The bolt and bushing came out of the left rear spring connecting to the frame. On my way home, the right side appears to have sheared the grease zert and the remainder of the bolt is still partially attached on one side. The vehicle had to be in motion for this to happen. The first bolt happened on january 2, 2020.
