Description of the problem	Recall nhtsa 15v798, my steps sustained a complete failure. The main shoulder bold broke sending the steps in a free fall. The coach was parked in my driveway at the time. Sent pictures and build sheet to lippert, they insist i take it to a service center. No-one can take the coach for several weeks. Lippert stated they will then order the parts to fix the steps. They offered a $200 credit to new steps but i have to take it to a dealer for the new steps.
