Description of the problem	Purchase a new 2017 forest river coachman cross country 404rb on july 15, 2018. Upon receiving coach immediately noticed loud wind noise as well as hot air coming in through the front driver side windshield area of coach. Took my coach to three certified coachman repair facilities to find out that the front windshield was not properly installed. Quote from lazy days rv center upon removing old windshield " cut out front windshield and found windshield not touching urethane across bottom". I drove this coach all of 100 miles to my home and immediately noticed this problem. For some reason it made it to the customer in this condition as well as being driven 1300 miles from indiana to florida without the coachman driver noticing! Owned from july 15 to current, unable to use as not sold in usable condition. Able to use starting november 1, 2018 after repairs.
