| Description of the problem | Ford 2006 freestar automatic transmission this van has had to have the transmission replaced 3 times. When it goes out it's just like you put the van in neutral. Safety concern here is you go to take off and it goes out someone might rear end you. You have no warning when this is going out. If you search on the internet for ford freestar transmission problem many come up. How come the government hasn't made ford recall this defect. |
