| Description of the problem | We were in my wife's 2005 ford freestar driving home from my family for the holidays when we in a snowstorm. The car violently jerked during driving several times, due to the transmission and once put us in a spin into the ditch!!!!! This is not acceptable!!!!! It is criminal. My 9 year old child was in the car also and this vehicle only has 55,000 miles on it. We are scared to death to drive it and afraid it will get us killed. What can you help us with? Is ford going to have to answer at all for this failure of engineering and who is going to pay the $3000 to get this suicide vehicle repaired correctly to fix ford's failure? Please help us! |
