Description of the problem	Dt: when the consumer tried to stop the car it accelerated/ kicked in, and the consumer had to take the car out of gear to get it to stop. The consumer had the dealership look at the car 5 times. The dealership said that they could not duplicate the problem, there was no way that they could fix it.
