| Description of the problem | Driving at highway speeds, the engine remained at 2000 rpm but the mph continuously dropped to below 30 mph until vehicle was stopped on shoulder of highway. The torque converter was under recall and replaced previously. This is the same situation that occurred again. I believe the replacement torque converter was also defective. |
