| Description of the problem | 2004 ford freestar transmission failure. After talking with ford service they didn't seem surprised by this. Now i'm stuck with replacing the transmission in my vehicle for something that it appears ford and many other people are aware of. I would appreciate action be taken against ford to get me and other consumers money back. |
