| Description of the problem | We were 500 from home when our 2004 ford freestar had to be pushed off of a highway. With no warning, it would not move.. Right in the middle of the roadway it was like we slipped into neutral forever ... Had to have it towed from the roadside.. After two weeks we're still waiting to hear how much the torque converter/transmission repair will cost. |
