| Description of the problem | Owner of a 2004 freestar. Driving down the highway 65-70 mph and without warning the car will no long accelerate. I coasted to the side of the road and tried to calm my kids after we were almost in an accident. Towed into deal and we need a new transmission. Car has been regularly services and has 79,000 miles. No warning that this was going to happen. |
