Description of the problem	Basically, when it's wet outside the car dies after starting. There will be a loud screeching sound coming from under the hood and then it will just stutter and stall out. It will start right back up but then it will die again. This will even happen while driving down the road. It seems to only happen when it's wet outside so far but we have no idea what it causing it and the dealer is no help at all.
