| Description of the problem | tl* the contact owns a 2015 ford f-53. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds while it was raining and had turn the windshield switch on, the passenger side wipers would get tangled with the driver side wipers and both would stayed down under the windshield failing to function. The vehicle was taken to the dealer multiple times where the technician tightened the nuts on the windshield however the failure was not corrected. The dealer informed the contact that they believed it was a design flaw.
