Description of the problem	Purchased new, at 9,000 miles was traveling on interstate at 70mph and hit a bump in the road, causing truck to shake uncontrollably. I had to rapidly decrease speed and pull into grass median as to not get struck from behind by another vehicle. Ford service replaced factory steering damper with another oem factory steering damper under warranty and aligned the vehicle. Now at 21000 miles on the vehicle, on (8) separate occasions within a two week period, while traveling over 55mph the vehicle has started shaking uncontrollably again. The only way to control the vehicle is to reduce speed and stop. I have contacted ford and the dealership. The dealership stated that ford was aware of a problem with the factory oem steering parts, but has not yet provided guidance on a permanent fix. This issue with faulty oem parts will soon cause the loss of lives if a remedy is not found. I have a brand new truck i am too scared to drive or allow my family to ride in.
