| Description of the problem | While driving at or above 60 mph any bump or deflection in the road can and will cause my vehicle to start shaking and walking side to side down the road until i can slow down to a near stopped speed. First time the vehicle had less than 26000 miles. The ford dealership replaced my drag link, then at 36000 miles it started doing it again. I have now spent the last 5 months dealing with this problem as ford insists they cant get me parts to fix my truck. I have now moved past ford and i am repairing the problem on my own. As for paperwork all i have is an email from ford customer care with a complaint number and all contact was by phone. Dealership has all the paperwork and not willing to release it to me at this time. |
