| Description of the problem | On december 21, 2019, throughout the afternoon on 5 separate occasions, traveling at highway speeds from 65 to 75 mph, the vehicle experienced violent shaking in the front end after encountering bridge abutments and transverse cracking/weathering in the pavement.
