| Description of the problem | While traveling at highway speed vehicle started shaking violently after going over a bridge expansion joint (bump). Causing a loss of control and crossing 3 lanes including the highway shoulder. Vehicle came to a stop in the grass along the side of the interstate. Shaking continued until vehicle was below 20 mph. I purchased the truck new in nov 2019 and it had approximately 28,000 miles on it when the incident occurred. The tires and all other equipment is factory original, nothing has been added or changed. Vehicle is currently at the dealership for repair in accordance with tsb 19-2274. |
