Description of the problem	While driving with my family after we just purchased our new f250 super duty we almost hit the car next to us and went in to a ditch. I was driving on the interstate at a speed of around 65 mph and all of a sudden the entire truck was violently shaking down the road and i could not maintain the truck in my own lane almost causing a multi car accident. I did not know what to do and had to call family members to come pick up my family which was 2 hours away from our home because they were crying and scared to ride in our new truck we just purchased. I thought maybe something was loose so i looked under the truck and made sure all lug nuts were tight whle on the side of the road for about an hour. Turns out after research this is a known problem!!. I want this repaired by a dealership but do not know what the next steps are as of now this is obviously unsafe and could get someone seriously injured or killed.
