Description of the problem	2019 f250 purchased new in june and drove it for 5000 miles without incident. On oct. 11th on hwy. 76 in colorado doing 65 mph hit a small laps between road and bridge about 1-2 inches high and truck shook front end and steering uncontrollably. Had to very slowly decrease speed to 35 before it would stop without being able to steer during that time. Sent to dealer and they replaced a shock on front stablizer with heavier shock. Problem continued with vibration and steering after hitting a bump or dip usually at highway speeds but not as horrific as before. Truck again went into service and i had to ask dealer to check rest of front end and wheels and tires for balance as they told me ford has no further fix.. Two wheels were out of balace and were corrected but problem continues and i was given a letter from ford thru the dealer stating that if a vibration occurs between 3-5 seconds and returns to normal that this is normal operation. I feel if this happens during weather conditions or while pulling my 12,000 lbs. 5th wheel trailer a very serious accident or death may occur as a result of this vibration that is very uncontrollable. Ford continues to deny any problem or offer further recourse.
