| Description of the problem | Vehicle was being driven down the highway at approximately 70 mph when the front wheels and steering wheel started shaking violently. Brakes were applied and vehicle was pulled over to the shoulder. In the course of the event, all electrical power was lost. Vehicle was not able to be started until after a few minutes. Vehicle was taken to local ford dealership where they found a defective steering stabilizer. Parts are not available through ford for replacement and lead time is unknown at time of this posting. |
