Description of the problem	While driving at 65 mph i encountered a pot-hole and my steering wheel begin to shake violently! I was unable to steer the truck and crossed three lanes before i could get stopped. Fortunately i did not hit another vehicle or the barrier in the median. I reported the issue to west point ford, in west point va, and took the truck to them. They returned the truck to me a few days later claiming that they could not find anything wrong. I had a second incident when i struck a patch of asphalt used to repair a pothole, and again the steering wheel started to shake uncontrollably and i was forced to stop in the middle of the road. I returned the truck to west point ford where it stayed for over a week. They claimed to have made a repair to the steering dampener and told me that the problem was fixed. I had a third incident yesterday evening. I will be returning the truck to a ford dealer once again.
