| Description of the problem | While driving approximately 65 mph on march 9, 2019 the front end of my 2018 ford f250 began violently shaking/ oscillating after hitting a rough patch of road in the far right lane of the highway. I lost control of my vehicle and ended up crossing two lanes of traffic before coming to rest in the grass median strip of the highway. I'm worried about my safety and the safety of other drivers. Luckily no one was near me when this happened. My wife will not drive my truck anymore due to this serious issue. I will be contacting the dealership tomorrow. |
