| Description of the problem | Traveling at 75 mph on ks turnpike while crossing a bridge hit a small bump that is the bridge joint and my ford f-250 supper duty truck began a violent shake in the front end causing me to almost loose control. Pulled to the side of the road and inspected vehicle but found no flat or damage. Continued at minimum highway speed with no problems. While traveling at 55 mph and crossing railroad tracks crossing the road incident happened again but not as severe. Attempted to schedule a repair with rusty eck ford, who transferred my call twice and ended up with the voicemail of the maintenance manager. Left name, number and information of issue.
