| Description of the problem | Sustained steering wheel oscillation failure after having tsb 19-2392 20th december 2019 executed 1 year ago. So just 1 year later the exact same failure occurred on the freeway at a speed of 73 mph, driving straight, and after hitting some road ruffage with the front left tire. Some loss of steering; once braking slowed the vehicle down to 45 mph problem cleared. Has not been back to ford as of yet; but planning on calling the local dealership to discuss. Customer satisfaction program 20n04 & tsb 19-2392 states this is a one-time repair; well this is the second time. Very dangerous on the freeway at 73 mph!! |
