| Description of the problem | Bought vehicle on wednesday, 4/3/2019. On 4/4/2019 i was driving home and the truck began to shake uncontrollably after crossing a bridge. After slowing down, the truck smoothed out. Today, 4/6/2019, the truck did this two more times within 10 minutes. I was driving down the interstate. I had to pull over to the side of the interstate and nearly stop before it smoothed out again. I do have a video of the second incident. My child is now too scared to ride in my "new" truck and quite frankly, so am i. I contacted a dealer and was told i had to pay several hundred dollars to fix it even though it is under warranty. That is a separate battle that i now have to fight. This is a problem that needs to be fixed. |
