| Description of the problem | When using delay wipers or hard rain vision is impaired as the wiper returns to home position. A huge pool of water is pulled back across window impairing vision. Dealer replaced wipers, waxed window no help. We drove other vehicles on lot, they do the same thing. Dealer acid washed the window, which makes it even worse. I have a blurred vision like when you see heat off the road in the horizon. Vision is very unsafe when driving into sunlight or at night when head lights hit the window. Ford warranty does not want to fix. I have been dealing with this for a over a month now. The vehicle has about 2400 miles on it currently. I have worked in the auto mfg business since 1989 in quality control with some previous experience with wipers and windshields. |
