| Description of the problem | When the vehicle is performing a regeneration, and you are going up an incline, the engine can shake and valve knocking can be violent accompanied by a loss of speed and power. The first violent incident that happened was going up a narrow mountain road and fortunately no one was injured. The vehicle has been taken to the ford dealership and contacted ford corporate multiple times and they are unable to correct the issue and unwilling to spend enough time to witness the issue themselves. The loss of power occurs unexpectedly and could cause someone to lose power while merging onto a highway which is unsafe or cause the vehicle behind you to rear end your vehicle when the power loss occurs going up hill. |
