| Description of the problem | I had a flat tire on my 2004 ford f250. I took the lug bolts off but the tire would not come off of the axle. I called the dealer and they told me to get under the truck and hit the tire with a sledgehammer. This has to be very dangerous, particularly since the truck was raised up on a jack. According to the ford dealer this is a very common problem with ford trucks. I believe that this is a very hazardous situation and should be corrected. *jb |
