| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2006 ford f-250. The contact stated that when driving over any road bump or uneven road surface, the front end of the vehicle would shake violently. The vehicle was taken to a mechanic where it was determined that the upper and lower ball joints on the front passenger and driver side of the vehicle needed to be replaced.
