| Description of the problem | Cruise control would not disengage. When my husband pressed the brakes, the car sped up. We had to pass 5 vehicles, barely enough room. He finally turned the motor off and was able to pull off the freeway (i70). But for the grace not god, we would have died of injured ourselves and others. Brakes should never make your car speed up. |
