| Description of the problem | Experienced a "death wobble" 2 times. Notified ford and thry said 'oh yeah you experienced a death wobble. Asked if that is under warranty and they stated only if our truck is under 36,000 miles. Ours has 50,000. The truck is at ford to be fixed with an estimated cost of $1800. 00. We bought out truck may of 2017..... Ford would've known by then that there was this problem, yet sold to us.... Knowingly that "a death wobble is a very dangerous vibration...." "this is a massive safety issue" why is it alright to knowingly sell us something that is dangerous?? Why are we having to incur this cost? Why is there no real recall for this? Please help. Ford should be responsible for this cost. |
