Description of the problem	Backup camera and brake lights inoperable/intermittent due to water in original ford wiring harness pigtails, located on underside exterior of vehicle. Warranty shows all wiring harnesses and connectors as covered. Should be covered under warranty purchased ford premium esp warranty up to 100,000 miles on odometer, but work to fix the issues are being refused by ford service dept because of "water intrusion", despite being exposed to road rain water. Called ford warranty claims department and was given a case number. Was told they would contact my email the next day (it's been two days) on possible warranty resolution. Ford wants to charge me for the repair meanwhile, which i refused. Now, the brake lights work only part of the time (come on and stay on for periods of time), the backup camera is preventing me from seeing anything behind me. I'm afraid of being rear-ended or backing into anything or anyone. Also, ford made me pay the $100 warranty deductible despite work not being resolved. And, original wiring harness which was attached to the vehicle is now dangling under the truck as the tech broke all of the pieces that attach the wiring in place to the vehicle.
