| Description of the problem | Hose to radiator leaking, took to ford dealer, they said new hoses and needed a new radiator. Said it was still under ford extended warranty. Ford warranty denied the new radiator and hoses saying that the hose leak cracked the radiator and that was the owners fault. Truck has just under 44k miles and is garaged and well taken care of. What good is an extended warranty, first. And second, why should a radiator go bad in short time. Quote for job was over $2000. 00. |
