| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2005 ford f-250 superduty. The contact stated when driving 60 mph and up over a road bump, the vehicle would begin to shake violently to the point where the contact was unable to maintain his grip of the steering wheel. The contact received a technical service bulletin in regards to the failure. The dealer advised that the failure was caused instead by inadequate tire pressure. The vehicle was not repaired and was taken to an independent mechanic for a second opinion. The mechanic was unable to diagnose the failure. The failure persisted. The failure mileage was 75,000. |
