| Description of the problem | My husband was attempting to step into his truck when his running board on the driver side broke in half with him and came completely off the truck, sending him to the ground. As he is disabled, this was a very scary situation. I feel if there is a shelf life or weight limit on these running boards, then the manufacturer has an obligation to have it posted somewhere on the truck. He hurt his back and hip but it could have been a lot worse had he fell on pavement instead of dirt. |
